IDEATEC, a company based in the Namur region in Fernelmont, designs and manufactures on-board electronic products (controllers and sirens) for emergency and intervention vehicles. Our main markets are Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany. We also export to about fifteen other countries (Europe and outside Europe). In order to carry out our commercial policy and contribute to our growth, here are your missions.

Your mission:

  • You act as the company's sales manager and report directly to the CEO
  • You use your technical and commercial expertise to identify customer needs and develop an appropriate proposal based on our product range
  • You will assist the sales teams of our main distributors in their commercial efforts in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • You explain and highlight to our customers and prospects what our products can bring them
  • You actively participate in the growth of sales by identifying new business opportunities in Europe

Your profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
  • Technical experience in electronics
  • Creative, able to propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French.
  • Languages: French and English, another language is an asset.
  • Motivated and dynamic, able to work in a team.
  • Organized, methodical and rigorous in order to achieve objectives focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Interest in the automotive sector is an asset.
